Live for today because tomorrow never comes.
This piece was inspired by the above proverb and was my first, and thus far only, attempt at stop motion. Finding a location to shoot this was challenging. I ended up using a Greater's (an ice cream shop, wonderfully tasty and very popular in Ohio), and although the fictional setting is is a coffee shop, I think this location worked out well for my purposes. I only wish that I was able to shoot it when there were no other people around.
Despite the other people in the shots I really like the way this piece turned out. I had my brother write the music that accompanies it, and I was very impressed, especially since I asked him to start at midnight the day the assignment was due. A big thanks to both my friend Alexa (the woman in the piece) and brother Zach for coming through for me on short notice.
